Profit Logic Ltd is the exclusive worldwide reseller of the Profit Logic Signal Engine (PLSE) — a proprietary quantitative algorithm across 21 instruments. Licensed to regulated institutional funds only.
CAR authorisation in progress. Not currently onboarding funds. Expressions of interest open now — qualified funds contacted once authorisation is confirmed.
What We Do
PLSE is a proprietary quantitative algorithm developed and owned by Profit Logic Systems Pty Ltd (ACN 696 207 511), exclusively licensed to Profit Logic Ltd for worldwide distribution. It operates across 21 instruments — forex, indices, and gold — with in every signal. All signals are generated from a live IG Markets data feed.
Each licensed fund declares a capital allocation. PLSE calibrates lot sizes to that declaration. Billing is based on notional dollar risk per completed rotation — derived entirely from system-generated data, not fund-reported figures. No AUM management. No performance fees.
PLSE licences are available to regulated institutional funds only — AFSL holders, MAS-licensed funds, and FCA-authorised managers. Retail clients and wholesale investors are not eligible. All applicants are subject to licence verification, KYC/AML screening, and execution of institutional legal agreements.
How It Works
Profit Logic Ltd is in the process of obtaining Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR) status. We are not currently onboarding funds. Regulated institutional funds may register an expression of interest now — qualified applicants will be contacted once CAR authorisation is confirmed.
Licence verified against the relevant public register. KYC/AML screening completed. Five institutional legal agreements executed in-portal. Minimum declared allocation: USD $500,000.
API key issued. Rotation count configured (2–20+ p.a.). Signals delivered via WebSocket. Trading in financial instruments involves significant risk of capital loss.
Technology
Purpose-built for verifiability, execution realism, and auditability.
All signals are generated from a live IG Markets data feed — timestamped and verifiable.
Each licensed fund declares a capital allocation. PLSE uses that declaration as the sole input for position sizing. The same signals and logic apply to every licensee — only lot size and rotation count change per fund.
Signal generation, risk management, API delivery, billing calculation, and compliance infrastructure are fully automated. Low operational overhead translates to competitive licensing rates at institutional scale.
