Profit Logic Ltd (ACN 688 669 936) is the exclusive worldwide reseller of the Profit Logic Signal Engine (PLSE), developed and owned by Profit Logic Systems Pty Ltd (ACN 696 207 511). PLSE signals are licensed to regulated institutional funds only — AFSL holders, MAS-licensed funds, and FCA-authorised managers. Retail clients and wholesale investors are not eligible.
The proprietary algorithm is owned by Profit Logic Systems Pty Ltd (ACN 696 207 511) — a separate legal entity. It is licensed to Profit Logic Ltd on a risk-based licence fee structure. This architecture protects the algorithm's IP independently from trading capital.
The vast majority of operations are fully automated: signal generation, trade execution, risk management, content publishing, infrastructure monitoring, and dependency updates. Human intervention is limited to quarterly strategy reviews.

The Profit Logic Signal Engine (PLSE) generates systematic trading signals across 21 instruments — forex, indices, and gold — using 124 independent risk engines across multiple timeframes. Every signal includes instrument, direction, lot size, take-profit, and stop-loss, calibrated to each licensee's declared allocation.
