The Profit Logic Signal Engine (PLSE) is a proprietary quantitative algorithmic signal system. It generates systematic trading signals across 21 instruments — forex, indices, and gold — delivered to licensed institutional funds via API in real time. PLSE is developed and owned by Profit Logic Systems Pty Ltd (ACN 696 207 511) and exclusively licensed to Profit Logic Ltd (ACN 688 669 936) for worldwide distribution under a formal Head Licence Agreement.
Who is Profit Logic Ltd?
Profit Logic Ltd (ACN 688 669 936) is the exclusive worldwide reseller of PLSE. It is the sole authorised commercial distributor of PLSE signal access globally — no other entity is authorised to licence, sell, or distribute access to PLSE in any form. Profit Logic Ltd is in the process of obtaining Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR) status under an Australian Financial Services Licence. The company does not manage client funds, does not accept deposits, and does not provide personal financial advice.
What is the relationship between Profit Logic Ltd and Profit Logic Systems Pty Ltd?
Profit Logic Systems Pty Ltd (ACN 696 207 511) is the IP owner — it develops and maintains the PLSE algorithm. Profit Logic Ltd (ACN 688 669 936) holds an exclusive worldwide licence to commercialise, distribute, and resell API access to PLSE, granted by PL Systems for an initial term of 10 years with a 2-year continuity extension. This structure protects the algorithm's intellectual property independently from its commercial distribution.
What instruments does PLSE cover?
PLSE currently generates signals for 21 instruments across forex, indices, and gold. All signals are generated from a live IG Markets data feed. Spread and slippage are embedded in every signal — real-world execution cost is accounted for in the signal generation process. The Licensor may expand the Instrument Universe from time to time with advance notice to licensees.
